NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 29 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010CA006858O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OFALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-12, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-12 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS H. ZELEDON A/K/A CARLOS H. ZELEDON; FAIRWINDS CREDIT UNION; INVESTOR TRUSTEE SERVICES, LLC. A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3114 KELVINGTON DRIVE LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 19, 2009, WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO PROTECT, CONSERVE, SELL, LEASE ENCUMBER OR OTHERWISE MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUES 689.071.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on July 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12, RIVERSIDE PARK ESTATES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE(S) 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
