NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 08, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-016377-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and EUGENE RADICE; TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, SECTION ONE, INC.; TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A SAMUEL DESHOMMESS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on July 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT E, BUILDING 8, TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE, SECTION ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, DATED JULY 6, 1972 AND RECORDED JULY 6, 1972, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2246, PAGES 381 THROUGH 486, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND THAT JOINER AGREEMENT TO THE AFOREMENTIONED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, DATED JULY 25, 1972, AND RECORDED JULY 26, 1972, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2255, PAGE 749, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
