NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-009410-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ARTHUR DURHAM A/K/A ARTHUR A. DURHAM, DECEASED; JOHN ROBERT DURHAM, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR DURHAM A/K/A ARTHUR A. DURHAM, DECEASED; JUDY A. SPEARS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR DURHAM A/K/A ARTHUR A. DURHAM, DECEASED; JEFFREY A. DURHAM A/K/A JEFF DURHAM, AS A HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR DURHAM A/K/A ARTHUR A. UNIT NO. 7, BUILDING 3, THE VINEYARD PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3256, PAGE 2393, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTINENT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
