NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017563 DIV 32A, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E, UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and JULIO E. CINTRON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIO E. CINTRON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHPORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 9, VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 44 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
