A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS BEING LOT NUMBER 23 AND LOT NUMBER 24 BLOCK 3306 IN UNIT 66 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN BOOK 22 PAGE 2 THROUGH 26 INCLUSIVE, OF LEE COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
