NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 3, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-061692 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 5 day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 4225, Unit 60, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 154 through 169 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
