SNOWDEN; TRADEWINDS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARKELEY SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASOCIATION, INC.; UNITED MECHANICAL, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON SNOWDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JERRY SNOWDEN are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on July 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 315, tradewinds, a condominium in barkeley square, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 1553, pages 700 to 799, and any amendments thereto, public records of lee county, florida, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said condominium declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
