Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment on Foreclosure filed on June 4, 2012, in Case No. 2010-CA-058856 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and ESTERO EQUITIES, LLC, et al., are the Defendants, I, Charlie Green, the Lee County Clerk of Court, will sell the following described real property:
A Tract or parcel of land being part of Tract “E”, VINTAGE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, A SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 41 through 50, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which is described as follows:

From the POINT OF BEGINNING, being the Southwesterly corner of Tract “E”; thence North 36 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds West, for 404.00 feet along the Northeasterly right of way of Tamiami Trail (State Road No. 45, U.S. 41) being 200 feet wide; thence North 44 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds East for 404.05 feet; thence South 36 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds East for 404.05 feet; along the Southwesterly right of way of Vintage Trace Circle Southeast; thence South 44 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds West for 404.05 feet along the Southerly line of Tract “E” to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The sale will be held on August 3, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth in this Final Judgment of Foreclosure, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any; other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
