NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-052049 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters, N.A., Plaintiff and Harold McMicken and Craig McMicken are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, July 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 4, block c, of that certain subdivision known as sunny palm estates, unit no. 1, according to the plat thereof, on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, lee county, florida, in plat book 14, pages 81 and 82.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
