NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 1 day of June 2012 and a Final Judgment filed February 19, 2009, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-017453, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and ROOSEVELT LOGAN; SYLVIA N. JAMES-LOGAN AKA SYLVIA N. JAMES-LOGAN; PLAZA DE MANANA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendants.
CHARLIE GREEN, The Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
unit no. a, building 2 of plaza de manana, phase i, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official records book 1377, page 2049 of the public records of lee county, florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
