LOTS 75 AND 76, BLOCK 3750, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 51, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 2 TO 16, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
