NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 1238 CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE6, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and, Kristy M. Milligan and Adam Schoofer are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 16th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 8, Colfax City, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
