THE EAST 53 FEET OF LOT 42 AND VACATED 8 FOOT ALLEY TO THE NORTH, ROYAL POINCIANA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 8 AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. (PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART).
