NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-000603 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and John DiSalvo are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 43, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 4.5 FEET OF LOT 42, TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 39 AND 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
