NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009795 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Hans H. Kamlade are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 304, BUILDING H, CASA DEL MAR V, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4695, PAGE 1834, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 1 THROUGH 19, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 84 THROUGH 100, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 33, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
