NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-022347 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Alexander Sher and Fabiana Sher, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 410 AND PARKING UNIT NO. 109, TOWNVIEW, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5405, PAGES 1 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
