Weltmer and Betty Jane Weltmer are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
SOUTH 17 FEET OF THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 1 AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE WEST 50 OF LOT 2, IN BLOCK F, BROOKLAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
