Carroll, an Unremarried Widower and Surviving Spouse of Carol M. Carroll, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on July 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK D, BELLE VISTA POINT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
