NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-017011 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, Plaintiff and Richard E. Carroll, an Unremarried Widower and Surviving Spouse of Carol M. Carroll, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on July 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK D, BELLE VISTA POINT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
