NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-017414 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in Trust for the Benefit of the Certificateholders for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-W1, Plaintiff and Kathleen M. Pennucci a/k/a Kathleen Pennucci, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Christopher Pennucci, Deceased, and as Legal Guardian of Allen Michael Pennucci, a Minor and Danielle Elise Pennucci, a Minor are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK C, LAKE PALMS SUBDIVISION SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 54 THROUGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
