NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-003224 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage, A Division of National City Bank, Successor by Merger to National City Bank of Indiana, is the Plaintiff and Joan M. Taffi; Gary Hand; Unknown Tenant(s) and Grand Venezia COA, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 16, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1127, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
