NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2012,and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 7, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-12154-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BALINTORE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and THOMAS D. HOLDEN and MADELIENE C. HOLDEN are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 20, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 60 of BALINTORE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page(s) 66 through 68, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
