NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA000573XXCICI 13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as successor in merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and TODD A. TURNQUIST; __________ TURNQUIST, unknown spouse of TODD A. TURNQUIST, if married; JO ELLA TURNQUIST; The unknown spouse and all unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, legatees, lienholders, creditors, trustees or otherwise, claiming by, through, under or against JO ELLA TURNQUIST, deceased, and all other parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the property under foreclosure herein; FAY HUGHES; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BOCA CIEGA ESTATES, LOT 5, BLOCK 6, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
