YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 5 which is located in Pinellas County and which is more fully described as:
Unit No. 706, Building 700, Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 5, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 57, Pages 50-57 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5292, page 1622, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Located at: 706 Bough Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33760.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action to Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Uta S. Grove, Esq., Grove Law Office, P.A., 2600 East Bay Drive, Suite 220, Largo, Florida 33771 on or before July 16, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
