NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of June, 2012, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 11-004145-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block G, SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE, 2ND ADDITION, according to the Map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
