NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-000404 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U. S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the owners of Terwin Micro Asset-Backed Securities, Series 2007-QHL1, Plaintiff and Tyrone Lamont Jordan a/k/a Tyrone L. Jordan a/k/a Tyrone Jordan and Laurice L. Jordan, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on July 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
