NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-6831-CI-20, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida. LUIS J. MANUEL and IDALINA M. MANUEL, is Plaintiff and ACQIISITION SERVICES, LLC as Trustee of Trust 100-OE-P704 u/t/d 7/30/04, HOLDIAY FIRST TRUST and EQUITY TRUST COMPANY as Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for case by electronic sake at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 4, ROSE GARDEN-FATT'S ADDITION AND REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 71, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND
That part of Tract B, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB SECOND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 3, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying South of the Westerly extension of the North line of said Lot 4 and lying North of the Westerly extension of the South line of said Lot 4, in ROSE GARDEN-FATT'S ADDITION AND REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, much file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
