NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-16951-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BAY ARBOR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PETER T. EIGO A/K/A PETER T. EIGO, JR.;, DEBRA L. EIGO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CHASE BANK USA, N.A., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
