Alternative Loan Trust 2005-J14 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-J14, Plaintiff and Loy Sparks a/k/a Loy D. Sparks and Nicholas S. Sparks are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, TAYLORS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN HAT BOOK 3, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
