NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order for Writ of Possession dated April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-258-CO, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and GLEN BAUTZ and JENNIFER BAUTZ is the Defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium composed of building number 38, unit number 3803, and an undivided 2.0974% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants conditions restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of Sunset Grove I Condominium Association, Inc., and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4081, Pages 1235 through 1297 and the Plat thereof as recorded in condominium plat book 20, page 9, both of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
