Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2011 CA 006281, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are CHARLES RADTKE; CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; RIVER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; LORI RADTKE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THESUBJECT PROPERTY, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 26, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BEACON COVE AT RIVER PLACE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 169 THROUGH 172, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
