HELLMAN; any and all UNKNOWN TENANT (S), in possession of the subject Property The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 10, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Boat slip number 28 Northshore Marina assigned to Lot 36 Hammocks at Riviera Dunes Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 20 through 23 Public Records of Manatee County, Florida as defined in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Homes of Riviera Dunes, recorded in Official Records Book 1621, Page 6563, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and the Supplemental Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 2107 Page 3531-3434; Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
