NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007208 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, Plaintiff and Denise M. L. Companion a/k/a Denise M. Companion and Wesley K. Companion a/k/a Wesley Companion, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 147, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 56 THRU 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
