NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009386 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, Plaintiff and Michael Fayne and Susan Fayne, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 42, OF RIVER PLANTATION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 93 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
