NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 006772, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM., on the 29th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BRIARWOOD, UNIT 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 6 THROUGH 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
