Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6/5/2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-004696 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and stephen w. vargo and kelly l. price are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 10 day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK A, RIVER PARK AT MOTE RANCH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 195 THROUGH 202, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; the street address of which is: 6188 Palomino Circle Sarasota, FL 34243.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
