NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000209 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR8 G1, Plaintiff and Joseph J. Maurio, Jr. and Donna J. Dickson a/k/a Donna Dickson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on July 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 9, L'PLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1863, PAGES 4586 THROUGH 4644, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGES 95 THROUGH 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
