NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010474 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-4, Plaintiff and Qi Feng Dong and Qiu Qing Chen, Husband and Wife and Jia Guang Dong a/k/a Dong Jia Guang are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 39, CAYMAN TOO SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
