NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004654-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida where in Concord Station Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Marcos Reynaldo Pena is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 10th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOTS 24, BLOCK G, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 - UNITS “C,D,E AND F”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
