NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007036, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EASTERN SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and HAROLD J. HARBLIN AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLD J. HARBLIN, IF MARRIED; ANNETTE D. HARBLIN AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNETTE D. HARBLIN, IF MARRIED; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) if the above Defendants are alive and if one or more of said Defendants are dead, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, personal representatives, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through or against them; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the complaint are the Defendants, that the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2012, to wit:
THE EAST ONEQUARTER (E 1/4) OF THE NORTH ONEHALF (N 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST ONEQUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST ONEQUARTER (NE 1/4), EXCLUDING ROAD RIGHTOFWAY, BEING IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 25 FEET CONVEYED FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND ALSO, RESERVING 20 FEET RIGHTOFWAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS ON THE EASTERN MOST AND NORTHERN MOST BOUNDARIES OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
