NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-008091-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-R2, Plaintiff and Jose Ortiz and Arlene Ortiz, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1624, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 98 AND 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
