Gabaree a/k/a Timothy Gabaree and Sharon Lee Gabaree a/k/a Sharon Gabaree, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2542, REGENCY PARK UNIT NINETEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 126 THROUGH 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
