NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-010716-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-HE5, Plaintiff and Vincent Philip Knoll a/k/a Vincent P. Knoll, Individually and as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Vincent Peter Knoll a/k/a Vincent P. Knoll, Deceased and Christine Corrigan, Individually and as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Vincent Peter Knoll a/k/a Vincent P. Knoll, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, TRINITYWEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 135 THROUGH 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
