Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 22, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK, 8 ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 85 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9708 MAXON DRIVE, LAND O LAKES, FL 34638; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on July 9, 2012 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
