NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002213, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2005-OPT1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-OPT1 is Plaintiff and ROBERT PLOSKI; SALLY PLOSKI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIDELITY MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF DELTA FUNDING CORPORATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO ROBERT PLOSKI AND SALLY PLOSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE DEED FROM VICTOR J. SCOTT RECORDED 12/17/1987 IN DEED BOOK 1315 PAGE 2320 AND RE-RECORDED 12/31/1987 AT BOOK 1318, PAGE 2391, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
