NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-10640 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Frank Sloboda , Margaret Sloboda , Aviano Coach Homes, Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 2 OF AVIANO COACH HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4101, PAGE 1961, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
