NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002041, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOE SMITH, GEORGE GREENFIELD, GEORGE GREENFIELD, INDIVIDUALLY AND ON BEHALF OF ALL OTHER SIMILARLY SITUATED STOCKHOLDERS OF JANITRONICS OF FLORIDA, INC., JUDY A. SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A SEAN SMITH IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 9th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 108, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 82, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
