NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2012, and entered in 2009-CA-007638 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW2, is the Plaintiff and ANGELA MAJOROS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA MAJOROS N/K/A ERIC HUNT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; EDGEWOOD OF GULF TRACE HOMEONWERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, EDGEWOOD OF GULF TRACE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 140-142, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
