NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004832WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BOBBIE L HICKS JR; HOMEOWNERSASSOCIATION OF THE GLEN AT RIVER RIDGE, INC.; LORINE W HICKS A/K/A LORINE WALKER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, THE GLEN AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 38 TO 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
