NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-006069WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS R. DEINERT, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA J. LOGAN N/K/A ROGER K. LOGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROGER K. LOGAN N/K/A DONNA J. LOGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN E. ENGLE N/K/A TRACY ENGLE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, GULF HIGHLANDS, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGES 116, 117 AND 118 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
