Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-1358-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 19, Sussex Place, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, pages 12 and 13, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
